Angelic prayer for priests

Lord Jesus, together with St Michael the Archangel, the Archangels and the Choirs of Angels we give thanks:
– for every priestly pair of hands, and we ask for every Priest your Fatherly blessing.

– Sometimes they are sad – console and gladden their hearts,

– sometimes they are weary – give them strength and refresh them with your LOVE,

– sometimes they are lonely – hold them close to your EUCHARISTIC Heart and give them courage,

– sometimes they are discouraged – give them your POWER to overcome every adversity,

– sometimes they are broken – comfort them,

– sometimes they are troubled by physical pain – you, JESUS, the best of physicians, heal them and immerse them in your unfathomable MERCY,

– sometimes they feel misunderstood – increase in them, JESUS, FAITH, that they may be understood,

– sometimes they are met with slander and false accusations – give them, O GOD, the courage and the strength to withstand the spirit of evil.
