A Prayer of St Faustina

O my Jesus, I beg you for the whole Church: grant it love and the light of your Spirit, and give power to the words of priests, so that hardened hearts may be broken and return to you, Lord.

Lord, give us holy priests; do you yourself keep them in holiness. O Divine and Most High Priest, may the power of your mercy accompany them everywhere and guard them from the snares and traps of the devil, which he lays unceasingly for the soul of a priest. May the power of your mercy, O Lord, shatter and bring to nothing all that could dim the holiness of a priest – for you can do all things.
