The testimony of a person who prays

GRATITUDE

I am very grateful to Jesus that I was given to meet Sister Gabriela almost two years ago now in my parish. I persevere faithfully and joyfully in prayer for the priest entrusted to me. I thank God for all the priests he places on my path, and as far as I am able I offer prayer for them too. Since I have been in the BMWK every Holy Mass has been for me a special meeting with Jesus, who gives me strength to overcome difficulties in family life. This year on 3 January, which was the first Thursday of the month, I gave birth to my third treasure — named Anna Faustyna. On my way to the hospital I offered up the whole hardship of the coming delivery for the priest entrusted to me. When Ania was born, on the whole without any great difficulty and to my great joy, I even forgot about my offering. On the second day of our stay in hospital they began to bring us bad news. Ania had a broken collarbone, a serious infection was starting that pointed to sepsis or pneumonia, and on top of that her heart rate had slowed. I began to be afraid, and yet the Lord Jesus brings peace, not fear. I remembered my offering and thought that Satan sows fear because he does not like what I am doing. I felt an inner peace, and since I could not pray in any other way, I kept crying out in my heart „Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me”. We were in hospital for two weeks — JESUS — ANNA — and ME. Ania is well. Joanna
