Accompanying a priest with prayer is a great gift for each of us. Holding in our hearts the Words of the Lord Jesus from the Last Supper, when he prays with great fervour to his Father: I pray for them…, keep them in your name…, that they may be one…, keep them from the evil one…, sanctify them in the truth…, for them I consecrate myself...(cf. Jn 17:6-19), let us feel invited to join in this timeless cry of the Lord.
